Chris (owner) and Big Splash have been servicing our hot tub for 5 years now. We’re there part time and he and his team give us that extra set of eyes we trust to maintain and prevent issues with our hot tub that also sees a lot of guest use. As a DIY home owner, I love that element of communication, responsiveness and service that allows me to make real time decisions when I’m not there. We have been using Big Splash to service our Sundance Optima jacuzzi weekly since 2017. We would not use anyone else! Chris has always been so wonderful and reliable. Always super responsive! Our jacuzzi is always hot, pristine and always smells super fresh and clean. The few times our jacuzzi has needed repairs over the last 8 years Chris has made those repairs happen within the week. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else. We have recommended Big Splash to everyone we know!

Big splash was incredibly responsive and professional. It’s wonderful to be able to call a vendor and have them actually answer the phone. The Jacuzzi was put in seamlessly and they referred an excellent electrician. I would highly recommend this service!!

.Big Splash has diligently maintained our hot tub on a weekly basis for the past two years with excellent results. Our guests at the short-term rental property greatly enjoy using it throughout the year. Recently, when we had to temporarily take the hot tub offline due to some house construction projects, Big Splash efficiently emptied and refilled it, ensuring it was in top working condition for our busy rental season.
